Advisory-Only (plain-English)

CoreScale provides advisory and execution support. We are not acting as your employee, officer, fiduciary, attorney, accountant, or compliance department. All final decisions (including legal, regulatory, and compliance) are made by you and reviewed by your counsel. No outcomes are guaranteed. Governing law: Nevada.

Working With Contractors

We’re intentionally boutique. When a project needs niche expertise, we deploy independent contractors we’ve vetted for experience and security. They work under CoreScale leadership, sign NDAs, and receive least-privilege, time-boxed access. You’ll always know who is on your project.

Security Overview

Principles: Least privilege, MFA everywhere, need-to-know sharing, no local storage of sensitive data.

Data handling: We avoid PHI/PII unless your scope requires it and proper agreements are in place. Sensitive files live in your approved systems whenever possible.

Tools: We prefer your SSO-backed tools. If we host, we’ll disclose where data is stored and retention settings.

Incidents: Report immediately to [email protected] with “INCIDENT” in the subject. We acknowledge within 4 business hours and follow our triage SOP.

BAA (Healthcare) Guidance

We’re not a covered entity. For projects that require handling PHI, we’ll review scope, minimize exposure, and, if appropriate, execute a BAA. Otherwise, we’ll structure work to avoid PHI entirely (recommended).

Billing & Payments

  • Invoicing: Deposit at signing; then milestone/sprint invoices per SOW.

  • Payments: ACH/wire preferred; card accepted (processing fees may apply).

  • Late payments: Subject to the late-fee terms in your SOW.

  • W-9: Available upon request at [email protected]

Change Requests

If scope needs to flex, submit a Change Request (title, reason, impact, urgency). We’ll respond with pricing/timeline and get written approval before starting.

Testimonials Policy

We label every quote with provenance (e.g., “Consulting engagement — CoreScale”). No earnings or typicality claims. If a client is an affiliate/partner, we disclose that on the quote. Names/titles/logos used with permission or anonymized.

Accessibility Statement

Do you compete with brokers or in-house teams?

No. We execute offsite and hand back control.

What size companies?

Sweet spot $5M–$150M; smaller if we can stabilize quickly.

How fast?

Readiness Sprint 2–3 weeks; meaningful traction inside 8 weeks.

Do you replace our team?

No—we amplify your team. Fractional 30–90 days, then hand back.

Do you take equity or success fees?

Mostly fixed-fee; select scenarios may include success/equity.

Can you work with our CFO/Controller and Head of Sales?

Yes, we plug in, clean numbers, install weekly rhythm.

What do you need to start?

Last 24 months P&L/BS, YTD, top 20 customers, pricing/offers, pipeline export, org chart, tools.
